Needing a senior living community for my wife, I visited a few nearby communities where sales directors gave me tours and overviews of their facilities and programs.  I chose one I thought would suit my wife in terms of atmosphere, activities, care, residents, cost, etc.   I learned that things are not always what they appear to be when presented or visible on a tour.
